Our story
How many beers does it take to put three daughters through college?
It started in a St. Petersburg restaurant, where Mike Harting and head chef Ty Weaver were chasing a better beer-battered fish — and decided to brew the beer themselves. It outsold everything else on tap.
Looking for a bigger system, they landed on a 30-barrel brewhouse larger than the dining room. That's when Leigh asked the question that named the brewery.
3 Daughters Brewing opened its doors in December 2013 in a 1,600 square-foot tasting room. Today it's one of the largest independent breweries in Florida, with a second tasting room on Clearwater Beach and a location inside St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport.
Alongside award-winning beer, we brew ciders, seltzers, vodka sodas, energy drinks and non-alcoholic beverages — found in every corner of Florida, from Key West to the Panhandle.

Cooking Class — Make Your Own Dumplings
Discover the flavor-packed world of dumplings. Learn to wrap triangular, crescent and pleated shapes, and make both a pork and a vegetarian filling. No experience required — all equipment and ingredients are provided, and a full selection of pours is available from the taproom.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Aprons provided. Classes are intended for adults 21+; guests aged 14–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
